Eligibility for Returns:
New, Unworn, and Unwashed Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Sale Items: Sale or discounted items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds:
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve this issue.
